1. Services
We provide:
- Import-export mediation and trade facilitation services.
- Buyer sourcing and verified buyer introductions.
- Freight forwarding and logistics support (excluding customs clearance).
- Digital marketing, brand promotion, and website development services.
We act as a trade facilitator and digital solutions provider, not as a direct buyer or seller.
2. Payments & Fees
- Standard Sourcing Model requires a ₹30,000 non-refundable token payment.
- Our fixed service packages (Silver, Gold, Premium) can be paid on a monthly basis as per the plan selected.
- If a client continues with us but does not achieve the desired results, we will extend the buyer sourcing plan from our side at no additional cost.
- All payments are non-refundable once services are initiated.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate business and product details.
- Respond promptly to communication for smooth coordination.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable export-import regulations and product certifications.
4. Limitations of Service
- We do not provide customs clearance or government licensing.
- We are not liable for final transactions, pricing, or quality disputes between buyers and exporters.
- Our role is limited to facilitation, coordination, and digital support.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of client information and share details only with verified buyers, logistics partners, or service providers necessary for fulfilling our services.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Varnova International Trades will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from trade negotiations, shipments, or third-party services.
- Clients engage in final business agreements at their own discretion and risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and branding on our website (logo, text, graphics, etc.) are the property of Varnova International Trades Pvt. Ltd. and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
